I've decided to name my kitten Sandy. I find that her whitish-yellowish color reminds me of the sand in my dream. She's very beautiful, and almost arrogant. I'm quite fond of her indeed.

The paper factory held up surprisingly well against the sudden attack of "zombies," much to my surprise. I suppose it is because there is a lot of cover for me and my fellow workers to hold them off; we then evacuated down to the wilderness, though I am concerned for the machinery. The water park is quite a relief, as is the rain, to such oppressive heat. I'm glad to say that the crockery in my house that was broken has been replaced. It is a good thing I have so few valuables, I suppose. When it rains, I spend my time outside. It is a bad idea to sleep wedged on the ceiling when gravity returns. To this end, I'm now sporting a terrific bruise on my head and a nose in a lot of pain.
